Summary

The Account Support Representative is responsible for data quality within Salesforce and will work closely with the Enterprise and Key Account Management team. The Account Support Representative will assist in minimizing indirect sales effort for the Enterprise and Key Account Management teams, maximizing their customer engagement levels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering leads, ancillaries, opportunities, new account setups, matrices, pricing changes and hierarchies into Salesforce
  • Mass importing of Salesforce objects such as ancillaries, opportunities and matrices
  • Collect dealer information and documents needed to create and establish new accounts
  • Construct and send agreements via DocuSign
  • Collaborate with the compliance, setup and implementation teams to ensure that new account setups and product requests are completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Work directly with the billing team on collections, price changes, reporting, cancellations and other sales related billing needs
  • Investigate new account and product setup requests going into “stalled” status
  • Interact with key contacts at dealerships when necessary to collect required information, scheduling updates and more
  • Assist with and attend onboarding training sessions
  • Identify cross sell opportunities

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience with SalesForce, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information to Corporate, Executive and “C level” individuals
  • Ability to use active listening skills to understand the wants and needs of existing and potential customers
  • Ability to accurately articulate status updates, as well as the wants and needs the customers and internal peers
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to adjust well to all personality types, and use a personalized approach to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Must have an elite level of prioritization and organization skills, including the ability to multitask

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Desire to develop a career path in sales or operational support
  • Familiarity with working with dealer groups  
  • Have a proactive mindset and approach to build strong relationships and trust with peers, and potential and existing customers
