Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Train on the Toyota Product
- Sell New and Used Inventory
- Give the demo rides, negotiate, prepare documents for the sale & sell the vehicle
- Greet customers in a professional manner and explain the Toyota brand
- Be able to show the product and answer any questions customers may have
- You will be expected to use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) by logging every call, email, and showroom up you receive
- Work well with the Management staff as well as the Internet Department
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Meet with sales manager regarding objectives, reviews, analyses, and planned activities
- Attends training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufacturers
- Review sales statistics and actions to determine how to better utilize time, plan more effectively, and improve sales
- Perform other duties as assigned
