Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming sales calls and internet inquiries.Â
- Use multiple software platforms to communicate with clients by phone, text and email
- Follow up daily with prospective and current client base
- Set and confirm sales appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers and strive to generate repeat business
- Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Provides timely and accurate reports
- Promotes the dealership, it’s values and its products / services on a continuous basis.
- Excels in a fast-paced atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills and motivation to successful
- Previous call center, BDC or customer service experience a plus
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Appointment setting experience a plus
- Great communication skills
- Able to multi task and be a team player
- Bilingual is a plus
- High School graduate
