Fieldpiece is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand’s presence in the market. You’ll work closely with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and design captivating graphics for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, print materials, promotional items, email campaigns, etc.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in a corporate environment or agency focused on consumer product clients and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools. You have a keen eye for detail and understanding of design principles. You work well independently and as part of a team to create impactful visual assets and assist with video creation.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Enhance the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all visual materials and tailored to specific audiences.
  • Generate creative concepts and artwork based on needs and feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Support the team with video production, editing and motion graphics.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least some exposure to corporate or product-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic experience in video editing and motion graphics is a preference.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $70,000-88,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
