Duties and Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative
- Develop and maintain product expertise
- Provide value to our clients
- Handles incoming telephone calls, covering a range of customer services in a prompt and proficient manner, acquiring all information to ensure first-time resolution of transaction
- Outbound calling and inbound receipt of calls to and from prospects and existing customers to increase sales and provide superlative service
- Capable of conducting calls without script
- Develop and build relationships with new accounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up calls
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Instill confidence with customers through clear and effective communication
Job Requirements/Sales Qualifications:
- Proven Sales experience
- Previous Call Center experience
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be Dependable
- Be organized and efficient
- Meet required monthly sales goals
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication rapport and professional, friendly telephone presence
- Looking for M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma
