Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the areas related to student success: academic support, disability services, diversity and inclusion
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management
- Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the interests of historically underrepresented groups.
- Two years of college or experience working in higher education or closely related field preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in a normal office setting, in an open reception area. Travel between buildings on campus is possible; occasional weekend and evening work during can be expected. Deadlines, disturbances of workflow, and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis.
