Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Acquisition Director to own and accelerate the growth of Buffini’s training products, including flagship programs like 100 Days to Greatness® and Certified Full-Service Professional ®. This role is responsible for designing and executing customer acquisition strategies that connect agents, brokers and teams with the training systems that will transform their business. The right candidate will be both analytical and creative, combining data-driven performance marketing with compelling storytelling that inspires professionals to invest in their growth.

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition for Buffini training products (email, paid media, digital, social, partnerships, events).
