Position Summary
We’re looking for a talented and driven digital-first Art Director to elevate and execute the Buffini & Company brand across marketing, digital experiences, events and advertising. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, this role will lead the day-to-day design execution, mentor a team of designers, and bring strong conceptual thinking to every campaign. The right candidate is both a hands-on creator and a strategic thinker, with deep experience across brand identity, digital, social, event and environmental design.
Key Responsibilities (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

Lead the creation and execution of digital-first design strategies across web, social, email, and multimedia platforms, ensuring visually compelling, platform specific, and brand-consistent experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Collaborate with the Design Director, Traditional Media to deliver a seamless customer experience across traditional marketing, events, and product design.

Stay current on design, branding, web and social trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant and distinctive.
