Position Overview 

• Starting Pay: $20/hour + benefits and room for advancement. 

• Post training and successful production achieved, promotion occurs with hourly wage increase and 100% uncapped commissions 

• Training: Begin with a week of in-class training, followed by hands-on mentorship. 

• Growth Opportunities: Flexible timeline to remain in the Sales Associate role, with the goal of promotion to Sales Representative and beyond. 

Career Path & Compensation: 

• Ongoing Training and Opportunity: Our current Sales Team has 10+ years with our company, providing proof of strong earning potential.  Additionally, all our Managers began as Sales Associates, progressing to their current salaried positions. 

Average Earnings: 

• Year 1 Top Performers: ~$80k+/year. 

• Top Experienced Sales Annual Earnings: $100k+/year.
