Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred

5+ years of experience working in Financial Aid with independent school admission experience preferred

Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel; Experience with Finalsite, Clarity or other enrollment and financial aid software preferred

Advanced data manipulation, exceptional analytical skills

Must hold a valid Florida Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Excellent communication skills including patience, compassion and the ability to represent Saint Andrew’s in front of professional audiences. Exceptional oral, written, telephone, and email communication skills.
